Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. While looking for something else, I happened upon this model of a FJ-3 Fleetvan. It appears legit, but I can’t say for sure.

I’ve seen these for other vehicles too. From what I figure is you are buying a program for your 3D printer to make the model.
Shapeways prints the item and sends you the print. They are legit. I’ve used them a few times.
