Dave found and shared these photos of a Dualmatic hub box with an information sheet inside it.
These instructions say do not grease the hubs, sufficient grease is provided through the axle shaft. Really?I think I’ve seen recent online instuctions somewhere recommending hubs to be throughly greased before installation. Maybe they originally came prelubed from the factory?
From 1962 or 63. Surprised how expensive this sounds for the early 60’s.
i see a listing for a dodge w300 power wagon , the dodge d300 dually stakebody i just got may be treated to a 4×4 retro-fit — its all bolt in , if i can find a dodge w300 donor — same as the early willys 2wd trucks , just bolt in the GOODS !!
