UPDATE: **SOLD* Was $20k.

“1953 Willys Wagon 4×2 for sale. I purchased it from the 2nd or 3rd owner some time back. Vehicle has been stored inside. Looks like original paint except for the white panels. The history was that the Waggy was used as a shuttle/delivery vehicle and the white paint was applied to cover the company logo that was painted on the sides. You can still see the “logo” image when looking from certain angles in the sun. No rust that I can see, vehicle seems to be very original. 6 cylinder engine with 3 speed on the column transmission. Sliding side glass for rear seats. Manual choke and all functional electronics”

That engine is the Willys F-head Hurricane 161 cubic inch 90 horsepower 6 cylinder that was optional in Willys vehicles from 1952-early 1955. It was listed as engine 685 in advertising. It was an upgraded version of the L-161 cubic inch 75 hp 6 cylinder engine from 1950-51.
This same F-head 6 was used in the 1954 Kaiser Darrin sports car.
