“Beautifully restored Jeep Willys CJ2A Dually. 4WD repowered with a 302 Ford engine 4 speed manual transmission completely redone. Rhino lined interior, new clutch pack new battery, rubicon headlights, all fluids changed and replaced new disc brakes on the front too many new parts to list them all.     Nice build, very well done, but that spare tire mount sticks out like a sore thumb, if it were mine, i would have mounted it at the rear.

    This has been for sale for a very long time (at the same price IIRC). Might just be the seller’s location, but anytime a seemingly good looking rig doesn’t sell while sitting on the market for that long, I always wonder what’s potentially wrong with it. Nice build in many respects, but too many questions for me.

    JC: I’m not sure how I’ve missed seeing this one for sale. I can imagine that the listing price coupled with the non-stock mods are probably holding back buyers. The mods look fine, but they don’t necessarily add value.

    Mike: I agree. I also think of the choice of an M-151 rim for a spare is an odd choice. It also looks like the rear duallies are rims installed backwards?
