UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5800. Jim notes it appears to have an Encore body rather than an original one.

Looks like an Encore aftermarket body, not genuine M151 series.

Aloha Jose..your best bet will be to see if your state dmv has a form to have a state issued/stamped number put on it. My state of Nevada has a form that allows me to build and ‘M51’ from parts that I have on hand. Once completed;I have to take to a state licensed repair shop where they sign off that it is roadworthy. This form along with the build form is presented to dmv. They would then stamp a serial # on it as a kit or rebuilt from parts vehicle. Hope this helps.
