    Did anyone notice the gun port on the passenger side of the windshield panel? Right below the XII.

    Just a curious question, What was the functional purpose of this Willys Jeep? Must of been a reason why this was done.

    Mike, not sure about this one given the labeled year, but post war MP jeeps in occupied Germany were armored up similar to this because of snipers and such. While the war had ended, there was still unrest and rebellion in occupied Germany, especially the cities.
