1960 FC170 FOR SALE $18k

This one shows very well in the pics, can’t verify the current condition as its not running and no dates on the pics if these are older from the restore, but its way cool, lots of detail went into this at one time from what it shows.

Seller’s description

1960 Willys FC-170DRW for sale. The good: I bought it after it had a frame off restoration so time around 2010. The body and frame are in very good shape to the extent the the leaf springs still have clean paint on them. The bad: Not currently running, I had an issue where on its last drive where it lost oil pressure without warning. Likely a spun bearing or two based on oil testing. While trying to get it home It also spun the pilot bushing killing the trans. I replaced the trans with a refurbished unit. Unfortunately It just didn’t want to seat right and I got tired of fighting with it knowing the motor needed work. Price is negotiable to the right home or will trade for a rougher shape FC150 as they are what I really want.

    Hello,
I’m interested in your Jeep. At your convenience, please send me some additional, recent photos. I fully understand that some of the pictures were while it was undergoing restoration (some 15 years ago?), but were the others taken within the last year or so? Also, some underside cab views – any visible rust? Is the transmission a three speed or a four speed manual?
    Thank you for your assistance,
    Bud

You need to contact the seller via the blue Facebook link in the text.
This site re-lists ads from other sources so more Jeep fans see them. So, the seller won’t see your reply.
