1958 FC-170 Delmont, PA $2000

• CATEGORIES: FC150-FC170-M677

UPDATE: Still Available

(07/14/2014) Unclear if it will run or not, but currently doesn’t.

For sale : Super cool Jeep FC-170 4 wheel drive. Has been re-powered with a Ford 6 cylinder , looks like a 300 but not sure. Has Jeep trans and Dana 44′s front and rear. I bought it with the intent of restoring it or putting the cab on a late model GM van chassis, but have no time. I’ve been too busy to take a battery and gas can to it so I don’t know if it runs or not. Everything looks complete, body is not perfect but not junk either-minor rust in the usual places. Doors open and close nicely. The flatbed is wood with corrugated steel over, wood is pretty rotted. Frame has light scale but is real solid. Rolls nice and steers well. Have clear title but didn’t change it into my name.

2 FC-170s Rockford, IL $3500

• CATEGORIES: FC150-FC170-M677

One has title, one looks like a parts fc.

i have 2 jeep fc 170s, this is the forward cab 1 ton, super rare, not an fc150, these are the big boy 6 cyl 1 ton chassis

#1 1965 title, vinplate, ran and drove last year, look good (relatively) blasted and coated chassis, all mechanicals gone through, cab has rust but looks decent, drivetrain solid, complete, bed is rusted beyond repair, starts and runs great, brake fluid leaked out over winter so no brakes but besides that it runs and drives,

#2 1962 no title, for parts only, engine locked up, no trans, cab cut up from previous owners “repairs”, no bed (this vehicle is stored at a seperate location)

i have a million things i could say about everything, but if you are truly interested you will know what they are and all about them, serious buyers only

these are not nice or restored, the one is a REALLY good vehicle besides the cab and bed, just rust,”

“YOU ARE LOOKING AT MY 1964 JEEP FC170. IF YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE AND STUMBLED ACROSS THIS AUCTION CHECK OUT THEFCCONNECTION.COM. I HAVE ONLY SEEN ONE OTHER OF THESE TRUCKS IN PERSON AND IT WAS A FC150, SHORTER BED AND SOME OTHER THINGS. ONCE I SAW IT I KNEW I HAD TO FIND ONE. THIS FC SPENT MOST OF ITS LIFE IN CALIFORNIA WHICH IS WHY IT IS SO PRESERVED. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A CAMPER WHICH IS WHY IT IS IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE. MILEAGE SHOWS 25K AND I BELIEVE IT TO BE FAIRLY ACCURATE BUT CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT. IT HAS BEEN SLIGHTLY CUSTOMIZED.

It doesn’t run.

Just 1,519 Jeep FC’s 170′s were built in this configuration in 1958. This is a very original truck down to the Montgomery Ward’s brand tires that have been holding air continuously for the 20 years this truck has been in the family. The only non-original feature is that it has been converted to 12volt, but 6 volt components are included to convert it back. It has been stored in doors since 1994. We have had it running some years ago and the engine is not stuck. But… it is one of those projects that we just haven’t found the time for and it deserves to be passed on to someone that will fix her up and show off this rare, collectible truck. It does have some rust, but it is vey repairable and the windshield IS NOT cracked.

If you have questions, please call Doug at 218-seven three 1 – 7 seven 2 two. No text or emails please.”

1958 FC-170 Cedar Springs, MI $1300

• CATEGORIES: FC150-FC170-M677

Nonrunning project.

bought several of these cool, pug-nosed Willys Jeep FC170s, FC150s and a BUNCH of related parts to get the stuff I want/need for my own project. This one is rough, but in my opinion, restorable. I’ll sell this truck complete (with title), or will consider selling parts for the right price.

This is considered a 3/4-ton pick-up with a Dana 44 closed-knuckle front axle, and a Dana 53 rear axle. The truck rolls free (axles/brakes are NOT locked up), and the drivetrain (engine/transmission/transfer case) is still installed, although I have no idea as to the mechanical condition. Engine is the Super Hurricane inline 6-cylinder mated to a T90 3-speed manual trans.

The frame looks good on this truck, and the cab appears to be repairable, although it’s arguably rough (common for Midwest vehicles of this vintage). Someone retrofitted what appears to be a ’50s GM dash into the truck, and did a pretty good job doing so. If you’d prefer to go back to a stock dash set-up, I have interior parts available.

NOTE: Parts in the rear of the truck will be cleaned up before it’s sold.

I have a few FC170 vehicles available, along with a nice FC170 rolling frame, a couple FC cabs (one FC170, and one FC150), and lots of parts. If you’re looking for a custom project, consider putting one of these classic FC cabs on a late-model chassis, much like I’m doing with my project: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/jeep-non-hardcore/1558953-jeep-fc170-patina-rod-mutt.html

1962 FC-170 Hi Rail Truck Suamico, WI $5900

• CATEGORIES: FC150-FC170-M677 • TAGS: .

The engine runs. Looks like a good project. More info on this rig here.

For sale is this unique 1962 Jeep FC-170. It is one of two Hi Rail service trucks bought new by the legendary Green Bay & Western Rail Road in 1962. My grandfather who worked for the rail road bought the pair when they were taken out of service. This truck is a restoration in progress and needs completion. The front and rear cab corners, floors, drivers side door and bed have been replaced and were removed from a southern Kansas truck. The flat head six starts and runs good,3 speed trans and four wheel drive work good as well. Also included is a complete rolling chassis that has been blasted and painted and has a rebuilt flat head six mounted in it, some new parts and all parts removed from Kansas parts truck. For the rail road enthusiasts the truck still wears its original paint scheme based off the GB&W locomotives of that era. Please visit www.greenbayroute.com and search jeep FC-170 for more info and history of the truck. “
