You pretty much never seen these two models sold at all, let alone together! Seller notes he also has a M-676 for sale.

“1964 M678 van and a 1965 M679 ambulance. Both have been sitting in the woods of NC for 45+ years. Project FCs that are rough but rare and worth saving. Both still have the Cerlist 2 stroke 3 cylinder diesel and come with the transmission and transfer case. Each has a NC title that will transfer legally. They do not run and will require extensive restoration but the owner(s) will be part of an exclusive club!
The ambulance has about 3400 miles. It still contains the rear fold down side bench and the top medic light.
The van has about 3900 miles and what looks to be a full set of rear crew seats. The dog house cover is included.
$16,000 each or $30,000 for the pair.
We still have an M676 left with the Cerlist if someone is interested in a three M series package deal.
This is the M-679 (ambulance):

The bumper mounted radiator is a daring strategy!

https://www.hemmings.com/auction/1958-jeep-fc170-longmont-co-240547
“This 1958 Willys Jeep FC170 4×4, originally a 1-ton pickup, has been extensively reimagined as a farm hauler with a new flatbed replacing the cargo box, side stakes, and a transplanted Ford V8 mated to the rest of its original powertrain. Previously used to haul hay on a Colorado horse farm, the FC170 reportedly “runs great” The Jeep is said to be “seldom driven,” its finish is reported to be new, and the seller says that “all rust issues have been remediated,” with new cab corners installed.”
“The original engine in this Jeep has been replaced by a Ford 302-cu.in. OHV V8 of unspecified vintage. The replacement engine, whose mileage is unknown, has been modified with chromed vertical exhaust stacks. The engine is reported to start easily and idle smoothly. The seller says that the original manual transmission sometimes jumps out of second gear under deceleration. A small weep from the transfer case is observed. The engine bay presents as generally clean.”
It runs and drives. Andy shared this one.

I was surprised to see this Jeep FC-looking vehicle by Land Rover (check out a brochure here). The company also made a 4 door version, which kind of echoes the M-677.

“1957 narrow front axle Jeep FC150. not a common vehicle. This one has chain drive PTOs front and rear, and an intact front window! These are known for frames cracking and this one needs a few places repaired. Comes with both axles. Has 4cyl hurricane, unsure if it runs or not. Definitely a project but an interesting one. Comes with a bill of sale, but won’t be hard to get a title for it. Bring a trailer, of course!”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $3000

Andy shared this FC with a hydraulic dump bed. The top price is listed at $2500, but the text price is $2000.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/780534577147636/
“This listing is for an early 1960’s Jeep FC-170 with factory hydraulic dump body. This Jeep has its original 6 cylinder flathead super hurricane engine. The engine still runs, but the carburetor needs to be rebuilt. The frame is sound, engine is in good shape, the body needs to be restored. It also requires all new brakes. The only thing missing are the seats. The hydraulics haven’t been used in many years and will also need restoration. Mileage may be inaccurate at 30,000+. Plow has been removed, but front bumper has not been reattached. 2,000 or best offer”

“1961 FC170 for sale, title in hand. $7500 obo
Was going to be the family project, started cleaning it up and taking it apart and the family moved to other favorite activities, so it’s time for me to move on from it.
Has some unique features (grill guard, bed rails), we had the engine run about 15 seconds once to see if it would fire, and started working on repairing a big dent behind the driver. Has pretty much all of the main parts, glass, doors (glass in one door is cracked but intact).”
This one has been parked a while.
