Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It appears to be a mix of 2A and GPW parts.
“Selling my ww2 ford gpw, built in September of 1943. Data plates are intact, motor is Willys and not matching. Not completely ford some period Willys parts, typical of vehicles that saw action in ww2. Not running but have new timing chains and doesn’t look like it would take much. Gas tank restored and relined. Just a few too many projects right now call preferred. Is titled in Texas never got the title from owner but can provide that, will need a week or so and can give a bill of sale temporarily. Not going to find an original jeep cheaper”

“Who wants a winter project? I’ve stored this vehicle for over 10 years thinking I would fix it up but I just do not have the time or passion for it. It ran when I parked it in the garage although I believe it needs a water pump because it would overheat when ran for a longer length of time. Includes a mount and snowplow that the previous owner used with the vehicle. I need garage space for my wife’s vehicle and do not want to store it any longer. I have the vehicle title. This is a former Wandering Willys Jeep Club Jeep built in Washington State. It was built by Mike Spencer and Mitch Carter’s cousin Bill. Real nice build for serious off-roading.
This is a very well equipped and off-road capable Jeep. It can be used for extreme off-roading or just touring the back country or desert. Jeep is registered in Washington and has a clean title (in my name). Jeep currently located in East County for the winter.
Engine-2002 Chevy Vortec 4.3L V6, Holley 380 carb with a K&N Filter, Edelbrock manifold, Headers and custom dual exhaust with a Magnaflow muffler. HEI distributor has been recurved and Holley carb has been rejetted, all on dyno. Northern aluminum radiator with aluminum overflow tank and electric cooling fan that can be shut off on dash. Painless Wiring 12 Circuit Fuse Block and all new wiring ran to everything. Optima Yellow Top Battery with custom HD battery cables and military post connectors.
Driveline-T90 3-speed just rebuilt coupled with Dana 18 Transfer Case & Warn Overdrive. (Only problem I have is that the OD jumps out of gear occasionally when accelerating hard. It will probably need to be looked at, if you plan on serious off-roading or hill climbing.) Tom Woods Custom Driveshafts F&R.

“here’s your chance to own a very rare willys fire truck and they don’t come up for sale often. This willys fire engine is in almost new condition with only 3300 miles on it. This truck was bought new and was the only fire engine the town had until it was replaced in 1972 then it sat in the fire hall un till march of 2015 when I bought it 🙂 Since I have brought it home I gave her a new 6 volt battery and a bit of a tune up. The water tank in the back leaked so I removed it and repaired it and in the process I damaged some of the pipe fittings to the pump so there is a few new 1″ fittings that don’t take away from its quality and curb appeal.
What also makes this fire truck stand out is it was not built in the USA it was built by the Sterling machine and manufacturing co. right here in Canada if your a Willys jeep kinda guy you may have heard of them they also made trailers and pto type accessories. Im happy to assist in shipping anyway I can.
This little unit runs drives shifts and stops if you have any questions I would rather answer them on the phone so feel free to call me any time between 7 am and 9 pm 7 days a week but please keep in mind the time change as im in Calgary Alberta Canada.”

“I have a 1948 jeep cj2a that runs and drives and stops and has a pretty good body. The original glass in the windshield and has an original complete rear PTO. I do not have a title for this jeep. It does have a factory heater under the dash on the drivers side. It has the original flat head engine and drive train. I put a 1968 master cylinder bracket and master on it for the duel bowl reliability. It still retains the original drum brakes on all four corners. I am asking 5800.00 The two whole jeep pictures are from a few years back before I started using it at my farm but you get the idea of the condition of the jeep.”
