“For sale is a 1957 WILLYS JEEP that runs and drives great! 4wd and lock outs work, trans shifts like a 70 year old 3 speed. I’ve put many miles on this thing since bringing it back to life, all around town and country driving, maybe 45 mph or so.
CONS:
The original engine at some point has been replaced with a ford 2.3L 4 cylinder out of a 70s pinto( using the original trans/ transfer case and axles) it also shares the brake cylinder of that make. It has a steering column maybe from a pinto? And seat from another vehicle as well. The original fuel cell has been move to the rear for whatever reason. The windshield is broken (I’ve gotten a quote and am willing to pull the frame, do the work and have the new one installed for a small fee something). The body does have some glass / filler in it but VERY solid frame and body, suspension ect.

$2500 each or $4000 for both. The 3B has the passenger side vent, and no script on the hood, so it might be later 60s model. The ‘1945’ has rear floaters, but might be a 3A.

1955 High Hood Willys, nut and bolt restoration super clean 99% original parts completely rust free. this is a 3 owner fully documented Jeep only 28K original miles on the stock 4 cyl, 134 hurricane motor, original numbers matching engine and running gear, original body and tub. Updated to 12 volt. Runs and drives great. Includes new white top and full doors, also have an overdrive for the trans and other misc parts. Neither the hood nor the tailgate have a Willys script, so the tub seems to be newer than 1960. The top appears to be for a CJ-5. Not that the steps have been modified and the drain hole removed.

1953 Jeep Willy’s cj3b cj3-b flat fender high hood. First year civilian Jeep. Complete custom, one of a kind. 327 Chevy small block V-8 paired with bulletproof off-road 4 speed chevy manual tranny. 4×4. 4-inch lift all the way around. 35 inch super swampers on new 15 inch wheels with plenty of tread life. 4 wheel disc brakes with booster recently added. Stops on a dime with ease. El Camino seats, s.s.
Fuel cell under rear seat. Bimini top, aluminum doors, black diamond plate with matte black finish. Sony head unit, 2 speakers in box center console. 10k lb warn winch with remote. Warn hubs. Brand new flow master exhaust, sounds amazing! No rust, no leaks! Doesn’t overheat. Fires right up first try. Optimum battery less than 1 yr old. Auto meter gauges, everything works! Can run this Jeep 55-60 mph on highway and steer with 1 finger. Or take it off-road for some fun. Tons of attention and thumbs up. Draws a crowd when fueling every time. Not perfect by any means, but a very cool, super solid, loads of fun, classic Jeep. Come check it out.
