“1952 Willys M38 Jeep – $2150 firm. Clear title, with soft and hard tops, original data plates with serial numbers, etc. still intact. Tires and soft top weathered. This would be a great renovation project. Was used as daily vehicle over 20 yrs ago until new vehicle was purchased and has been parked since then, anticipating a renovation. Not original engine. I’m pretty sure it’s an M38… Im not 100% but this jeep has the axe and shovel indention on the side.. and an M38 windshield.. it doesn’t have a tailgate but could have had an insert put in.. it really seems military in configuration to me.. but again I am not 100% sure… it’s a great shape and it runs great…

“Nice old Jeep, powered by a 1959 Chevy 283 V8, hubs, worn overdrive and two gas tanks. Comes with three new tires and three sets of rims. This old guy runs very good, has new brakes and master cylinder has hydraulic clutch that has been rebuilt, slave cylinder is new. Needs a little body work and some paint. Good Washington title.”

Currently has a 4.3 Chevy GM Vortec motor ( condition unknown–assume its an anchor! ) with 4 speed auto and adapter to Jeep transfer case. Includes a previously installed MD Juan All Steel replica tub, in need of a some floor repair but nice and straight. Also have all steel nose and windshield frame, your choice of M38 , CJ2A , CJ3B , or MB GPW . I also have available a 1951 Willys military M38 flathead motor that runs great if you want to build a cool Tribute Jeep. Also have a 1969 Camaro Z20 M21 close ratio 4 speed adapted to a late model 18 transfer case with Hurst shifter if your building a hotrod Jeep . “1952 Willys M38 Military Jeep project. Korean War era. Appears to have been re-purposed for the Air National Guard. Blue paint and numbers and lettering over the original olive drab. Rusty but fairly straight. Motor appears to be frozen. Has many of the original parts. Number tags. Blackout lights. Clean registration. I was going to sell it once before but then decided to restore it, but have changed my mind again. Could be restored back to Military or done as Air National Guard. It is a pretty cool old Jeep..”

“I’m selling my 1952 M38 flat fender Willy’s Jeep. I started this project a few years back and I haven’t had the time to put into it. The Jeep does not run and most of it has been disassembled. I have new military tires, rebuilt carburetor and many of the small parts have been sand blasted and primed. I have a new front bumper, new driver and passenger seat cushions and a few other new items. I do not actually know the mileage since it appears the odometer was disconnected long before I got it. I can hand turn the engine so I know it is not seized up. Some parts of the body rusted threw, most of the original wiring has been removed. You must be able to haul the vehicle.
