UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
It’s a project. Includes a detailed description.
“1945 Willys MB Jeep, Military Restoration Project
Well folks….there’s no sugar coating this one….its a late model 1945 Willys MB! This Jeep was produced just a few weeks prior to the end of the war contract of the Willys MB military Jeep in 1945 (Data tag dated 8/8/45). The last military MB rolled off the assembly line in early September of ’45. (I also have the original data plate and the i.d. tag is still in place on the left front frame horn).
The floors will need to be replaced as they are rusted through in several areas. I do have the original grill and hood (in excellent primered condition, the right (NOS)and left front fenders, and numerous other parts that are not pictured.
I have the heavier replacement front bumper along with the rear cross member if needed. The numbers matching engine ran when this first came home (this has been sitting in my garage for the past 7 years), however, it has a very slight crack in the water-jacket from someone who did not properly winterize it.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7500.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.
The MB is rough.
“1943 Willys MB military jeep no paperwork (LIGHT BLUE COLOR) in ROUGH SHAPE has BAD FRAME has been neglected outdoors for many years before i was able to save it from the scrapyard. original 4 cyl engine DOES NOT RUN but turns free about 3/4 turn and stops (possibly a valve stuck open) i havent gotten into the engine to find out what is wrong …all wheels/axles roll free body tub is rough shape see pictures does have both front seat frames and also the metal frame/armrest for the rear seat ….has one spare rim and tire not sure if the tire is any good …does not have the original fuel tank with it it was removed before i got the willys <<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>at some point in this old miltary veterans past someone mounted a snow plow on the front but the unique thing about that is it is AIR OPERATED (pneumatic) there is a belt drive compressor on the engine that fills a holding tank(currently mounted between the 2 front seats ) that supplies air to a valve mounted on the steering column that operates a truck AIR BRAKE CANISTER to raise and lower the plow……..that is creativity at its best and working with what you have laying around for sure
ASKING $1000 or best reasonable offer it does have a lot of hard to find parts even though the body/frame are bad

The first 25,808 Willys MBs used a welded steel grille very similar to the Ford GP design, and there were a host of other differences from the later Willys. These early MBs had “Willys” embossed in the back panel. In production, the slat-grilles were given running changes until they finally evolved into the standard stamped-grille MB we know and love. Around 200 slat-grilles are estimated to survive today.
