A random Google search produced an image of this flattie, probably a CJ-2A, with some unusual modifications photographed by Laura and Pete (two people I don’t know) during their trip to Iceland. Check out the jeep picture at their Iceland page and you’ll find yourself scrolling through all their beautiful pictures. It looks like Laura and Pete travel quite a bit, so hopefully they’ll spot another odd jeep soon.

The brochure for an Ottawa Dump Bucket is for sale on eBay. According to the title on eBay, this was usable on the back of Jeeps.

Buz forwarded this auction. It includes a Willys Clock. Though this clock isn’t vintage, it’s still pretty pricey new at $309 from Amazon.

“1952 Willys CJ2A, it has been setting a few years. The motor turns over, I have not tried to start it yet. It ran when parked, the inspection sticker on the windshield is a 99 sticker. In this first pic I loved the phone number on the side of the wagon. I bet that’s a 1963 wagon, too. If only phone numbers were so simple today.
One is priced at $3000. The other is priced at $3500. Neither is flawless. Both are aluminum cast AL-Toys for Willys Overland Execs and Dealers.

This looks solid. It’s listed as a 1946 CJ-2A. It’s got different rims on the front and back. The ones on the back, m151 rims, may give it a narrower track in the rear than the front. I’m not sure what effect that might have on driving it.

It’s not all original nor the ‘cleanest one’ you’ll see, but it appears solid.
“1946 Willys CJ2A Jeep
This is the classic flat fender MASH jeep that started the CJ craze. This is an original, stock, non-Frankensteined version, so it’s the cleanest one you’ll see out there. It has the original flat head 4-cylinder “Go-Devil” engine that purrs (watch the video), and it starts right up with a push button start. It has the original two stick 4 wheel drive system so you can have high and low in 2wd and 4wd. The dash is uncut with all the original gauges including the “rifle” holder. “Shes a 1953 cj3b, runs like a champ with an all original F head motor, 4×4 works great, three speed. its lifted just enough to clear 33s on 18 inch procomp wheels. The whole brake system was just rebuilt from the master cylinder to the drum internals. Comes with a boat load of paperwork logging work done to it sence 1953.
