“I have two tires that are non directional tires used on Ford and MB’s. One is mounted on a combat split rim and still has air in it and the other is mounted on a regular rim which is mounted on a MB spare tire rack. I do not see a script F on them. I also have a transmission case for a Ford Script MB and may be willing to trade a ford script head for a regular L head Head along with some cash. I just need a good head for the L head it is on. Make a reasonable offer. I have had over 40 jeeps and 15 MB’s and GPW’s so I know their value. But if you have the energy I may do some trading to get my M38A1 engine put back together. Due to needing surgery I am unable to put the pistons and valves back in the M38A1 and might do some trade. But you need to know jeeps, I can do some work to help but not a lot and have the manuals.”

(11/29/09) This is similar to the old AJ Fiberglass Bodies, except that the fenders look newer.
“This is a restored with fiberglass body, 1952 Willys Jeep. Three speed 4-cylinder with military style tires. Had for 1-1/2 years and almost finished with another jeep project so this on needs a new home. I have replaced the speedometer, several hoses and gaskets in engine. Brake lights need fixing and a little more TLC. Has a bikini top (not shown in pictures)”

“Rare 1958 Willys Navy issued utility jeep. The jeep ran when parked several years ago. Motor and running gear are original and all worked when parked. The jeep still has the navy issue tag on the firewall. I have a clean title. This would make a great restoration project or a great hunting jeep or rock crawler. (01/11/2011) This might not be a bad price. It has an unusual tilt front clip.
“I’m selling a ’68 CJ5. It has a Chevy small block (350) and a Muncie M21 transmission. It has manual brakes and steering. It runs, but it I think the carb needs adjustment. The clutch pedal is stiff because the linkage is binding up. The hood flips forward which make it easy to access the motor. (I think it was an old military jeep M38 A1.) It has a few dents and some rust. It comes with a roll bar. I don’t know much about the suspension, but it has brand new rims and BF Goodrich tires. It’s a nice little project Jeep. $1700 or best offer.”

Bill forwarded some pics of his beautiful Wagon build. I thought it was a stock rig until I saw the drag image.
This is my 1947 2WD Jeep wagon that I fixed up. It’s kida a wolf in sheep’s clothing. With the right wheels it looks kinda stockish. It is powered by a 540 BBC motor with a trubo 350 trans and a Dana 44 rear diff with a 4.10 gear and a True Trac. I have upgraded to a Rac steering and disc brakes. It has a stock front suspension, so that’s why it looks so funny leaveing the line when I drag race. It runs low 11′ second in the quarter mile. It is driven as much as I can, and even take it out for a spin every Christmas. I do live about the 49th parallel.

Offenhauser dual port intake manifold, headers, brand new exhaust, electronic ignition, original 3 speed transmission and transfer case all works great. Power steering, new brakes and wheel cylinders, could use a rebuilt master cylinder and ball joints but runs and drives strong. 4 wheels like a beast.”

What is that on the front bumper? A plow attachment?
“I am selling my willys ww2 mb. I don’t know the exact year, but I believe it to be between 43-45. It is certainly military. It has the shovel and axe grooves on the side. It also still has one of it’s black out drive lights in the front. It also has the machine gun mount plate attached to the frame, but it does not have the holes through the body. I am not sure if they were bondo’d over or what. The body is in pretty good shape. There are a couple rust through holes in between the two seats, but that is the worst of it. Original gas tank. The windshield is not original to the jeep. I have the original one with the gun mount brackets, but it has been modified slightly. Buyer can choose which one he wants. The jeep runs, but could use a carb job. I have taken it out driving in W. Texas and had no problems. I installed new plugs/wires, coil, battery, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and some used seat cushions. It has a correct transmission and the engine has a serial number on it above the water pump. Email for more pictures. There are no data plates. Please feel free to ask questions. I am fairly stuck on my price, but I am open to offers. The worst I can say is F@#* OFF. ha. Seriously though…. chevy 305 v-8 with th-350 tranny with cooler. motor has roughly 8 to 10k miles on it. also has either a m-18 twin stick xfer case or dana 20, your choice. advanced adaptor included
t-90 long shaft available too
has 6 point roll cage, dana 44 rear, dana 25 upfront, guessing ration is 5.38
tilt column, fiberglass racing buckets, fiberglass hood, steel fenders, steel tailgate with willys stamp, 2 steel fenders and windshield with tilt glass, steel grill with buckets intact.
engine is strong runner and complete from pan to carb. includes radiator and short and long water pump
paint is cat yellow as well as the diamond plate corners
rear fender wells were cut out for a little more leg room, and not welded back in, other than that, no cancer or holes.
this jeep is 75% put together, was tore apart to paint and to box frame. nothing is missing except a new owner. (needs drive shafts)”
