This has a replacement body. The package includes a trailer. The grille has either been replaced with an earlier grille, or this is an earlier jeep. Note the rear floating hubs, too.

“1948 CJ-2A and M416 trailer. This jeep originated as a civilian CJ-2A and was restored to a military theme. 134ci “Go Devil” four cylinder engine. 12 Volt conversion with new battery 11/22. Body panels are pretty much rust free on the jeep and the trailer. There are some surface scratches in the paint and decals. Accessories include canvas windshield cover, canvas trailer tarp, tool kit with canvas bag, jerry can, trailer spare tire, manuals and 2 keys. Located in Alabama near Montgomery. The doors need glass and fixtures, but if you need the frames, they aren’t easy to find on their own.

“Willys Jeep about a 1944 year model, I bought this Willys sight unseen not knowing the year to possibly use for parts on another Jeep, I did not know it was a Willys MB (Wartime) Jeep and have decided just to sell to someone maybe needing parts from an actual Wartime used Willys. I “will not” part it out, it must go complete, It is very rough and rusty but has good useable pieces to someone wanting actual WWII military Willys Jeep parts, there is “no title” , and what you see in the pictures is what’s there, the motor is locked but I don’t know if it’s bad, I don’t know the condition of the trans or transfer case, it is being sold “as is, no warranty” the Jeep “will not” roll and all tires are flat, purchaser will need a trailer with a winch or someway to load it themselves.”

All new front end, lowered 5-1/2” up front 7” in rear, frame C notched. All new Belltech street performance drop shocks. Motor has all new, timing chain@gears, gaskets, valve guide seals, cap@rotor, plugs@wires, Headman headers, motor mounts, water pump, rebuilt Demon carburetor, new aluminum radiator, new taillights, has rare early WO stamped tailgate. PARTS NOT INSTALLED INCLUD new in box painless wiring kit, new carpet, new brake hoses, used 3” exhaust with flow masters, I have motor temporally wired up so you can hear it run. Motor runs fantastic. It is a project that needs finished it will need trailered. $6500”

“Too many projects! 1950 Willys pickup Engine runs like a top, Ford 170 straight 6 fresh tune new carb lots of other new parts, refurbished gauges. Original T90 and Dana 18, 12v conversion. Truck is about 80% complete, good brakes and new master cylinder, comes with new sending units for gauges. Original rims. Tires are older bias but hold this is an almost complete project.”

The data plates are in place on the yellow body and a new, unmarked set of plates are included. Both frames appear solid but the bodies need significant repairs. I have a 226 engine that I built for a spare and have decided to sell it. The engine is completely rebuilt with all American made parts. Bored with new pistons,valves,tappets,hardened seats,Hi comp head plained,block surfaced,turned crank the works. Done by an old engine rebuilder in New Bedford Ma. Motor Tech.
I have it on a running/display stand complete with exhaust,cooling system and fuel tank. It is here in Westport Ma and I can demonstrate it, run to temp and rpm till the interested party is satisfied. Includes new clutch and pressure plate and balanced to its flywheel. Pertronics conversion to the distributor, Rebuilt harmonic balancer. The test stand is on casters for loading to a trailer.
Charging system is complete and working with amp gauge and volt meter. Oil pressure is 38-40 At hot idle. I do not have the oil bath air cleaner for it. If your interested I have videos but can’t seem to post them here. Price is $6200.00 and must be picked up here in Westport Ma.”
