Looks like this has a set of Watson Hubs.

“All original early CJ5. Rebuilt F134 Hurricane 4 cylinder engine, Less than 1000 miles on engine. Have all reciepts. 12 volt system. Factory hard top with good glass, roll up windows. Reupolstered seats, good heater core, fan works. Good brakes, new knuckle seals, locking hubs, saginaw steering box. No rust in floor pans, body is solid must see to appreciate. It’s not listed as a specific model in the ad, but perhaps it is an M-606A2? The rear passenger side filler is something that wasn’t originally listed on the documentation.

This is an interesting rig. It’s listed as a 1956, but it’s got a ’52/’53 hinged grille. It’s got an M-38A1 body, but doesn’t have the battery cowl lid or lip.

“Cute and fun to drive…5 New tires from Discount tires $1,000…new exhaust system from manifold to rear…new front brakes.

Motor is a 232 Ambassador 6 not the small 4 & 6 cylinder motors offered.

All Canvas in good shape…windows zip down…ready for a winch…has hitch for towing.

Motor does not smoke at all….fresh points and new Coil…fresh Oil Change and Filter…fresh fuel filter and new air cleaner.

I have some extra parts such as races and bearings and seals for the front locking hubs…so ask for them if you buy the jeep.”

It’s got a pretty good dent up front, but is supposed to be rust free.

The frame is solid body has some surface rust and dings dents. not a rust hole anywhere. Inline 6-cylinder and manual transmission 3 speed. i will add odometer reading shortly. “I have a very rare Jeep CJ6 project that I’m looking to sell to someone that could finish it. It’s a complete frame off resto-mod, every part is either new, rebuilt, or refurbished. I have most every part to finish, but I no longer want to spend the time and money on it. I have at least $10,000.00 in parts alone.

Here’s what it has:
Custom built Currie Dana 44’s front and rear, Ox Lockers, 4.56 gearing. Put together by MIT Drivetrain.
Chevy 4.3l V6, Rebuilt by Wholesale Machine. Advance Adapters headers.
T5 trans, Dana 300 transfercase of an 86 CJ7, both rebuilt by MIT.
Custom seats with 4 point harnesses.
Custom roll cage.
New front bumper with Superwinch 9.0. New rear bumper with tire carrier.
Ron Davis Aluminum radiator with electric fan.
TrailQuest custom gas tank with skid, sending unit, and fuel pump.
Chevy tilt steering column with Grant steering wheel.
Borgeson steering shafts and joints.
Rebuilt power steering pump.
1 Ton steering components.
Boxed in frame with 3/16″ plate.
Tub has been sandblasted, repaired, painted with POR on the bottom, Raptor liner inside. Work was done with tub off.
Custom SS dash.

“1966 CJ 6
Very clean. Garage kept. 100% rust free California Jeep. CJ6’s are roughly 20” longer than a CJ5.
-4×4 works great
-Chevy 4.3L V6 with a 4 barrel carb, headers and new quiet exhaust from the headers back. Starts right up with no issues what so ever; I daily drive it. Very fast and has great power. I also have part of a fuel injection kit.
-Smog Exempt
-New air filter and oil change 100 miles ago
-White paint and pin striping from 2009. Looks great but not perfect. Body is extremely straight with no major dents
-Drums on all 4 wheels. Stops well, no leaks.
