Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This ad was placed in the March 1, 1948 issue of the Toledo Blade. Laurel C. Worman not only took orders for Jee-Cabs, but also was a Willys Overland distributor along with being a Packard dealer. The CJ-3B page had a helpful article about Worman and the Jee-Cab.

“For Sale, CJ-3B Worman Half JEE-CAB, was on a 54 may fit other years, in fair condition, needs to be cleaned up. I believe this is is the aluminum version of it. Also have some other 54 3B parts.”

“I have an old Willy’s I need to get rid of. Its been stored inside for at least 30 years. I aquired it several years ago, never found the time to do anything with it, and trying to make more room. It has a very rare Worman Jee-Cab hardtop on it as well. Was told it ran when it was parked, but I have never tried anything with it.
