Dan forwarded this post, noting this is a Parkway Conversion Wagon. Here’s a nice shot of a stock one http://media.motortopia.com/files/17060/vehicle/497fd081843f8/IMG_1615.jpg
Dan talked with the seller, who is also named Dan. He reported the following:
My best guess is that it is a 1957 Willys Parkway Conversion, serial #11888
Been in family for 40+ years
Bought by great uncle and uncle
Sold to uncle and dad
Never got around to it
Was in Eastern Oregon for many years and sat in garage in Portland for last decade or so
Body, hood, and fenders are currently off of frame, but will put back together this weekend
Rust areas are bottom of passenger door, rear quarter panels
Has all original parts except motor (Ford 260 does not run)
Glass is cracked
Some bondo
Homemade front bumper
Original front bumper made into rear bumper
Original rear bumper (with Willys script) included, but dented
PTO and 8,000 lb. Ramsey winch
3/4 seat in back
Oak slats painted black by uncle also included
Not emotionally attached and willing to deal
“57 Willys panel wagon– better know as the station wagon but different doors on the back. This rig has been in my family for 40 years plus but don’t have time to restore it now.It is all original except the motor it has a 250 cid Ford 6 cyl. in now and its no good anymore. It is currently frame off but have all the parts that came off of it when I got it. It does have rust as do most of these old beast do but is a good resto rig. Willing to work on price, just need more room in the garage right now. Call if interested 971-235-8054”
