“1950 Jeep Willys Pickup 2×4 473 powered by a F134 Hurricane I-4. Runs and drives at highway speeds no problem. Very nice exterior with no body damage or rust. Interior in very nice shape with all the original gauges in working order. 3 speed with an overdrive. The heater works well and will cook you out of the truck! Lots of extra part. It is hard to find these trucks complete and running well. I have more pictures upon request. I hold a dealers license. No Trades. Come take a look at this jeep.”

Doesn’t smoke. Fan motor and heat works well. Wipers work on both speeds. All lights work. All glass is good. 4 matching Kumho tires in good shape. 1/2 cab is removable making truck a convertible. Comes with a canoe / ladder rack and a spare tire. Also has the original seat for the cab and a seat for the bed. Excellent tow vehicle behind motor home or very fun driver for these nice fall days and gets complements every time I drive it. ”

For sale is a 49 Willys CJ3A Jeep totally restored/remanufactured.
Completely disassembled, parts carefully inspected, repaired, rebuilt or replaced.
New steel body with spray on bed liner and finished in Normandy Blue.
Chassis was coated with POR15 and black chassis paint.
Engine is 134 L-Head bord .040, reground cam Super Sonic head, 2BBL Webber carb,
electronic ignition, 2in. exhaust, 12volt system, aluminum radiator w/electric fan
Transmission T90 rebuilt, Transfer Case Dana 18 rebuilt.
Front disc brakes, rear has 11in. drum brakes, 2 chamber master cylinder.
Tires 700X16 NDT on factory steel rims with stainless rings.
Seat belts and directional signals were added for safety.
Asking price is $16,500, which is well below NADA.

(01/05/2017) This might have a set of Free-Lock hubs. This may be a good price.

“Recently recommissioned from 20 yrs in storage.
Original flat head 4 cyl engine, 3 speed transmission transfer case and axles, all in good working order.
New steel gas tank and fuel gauge sending unit. serviced carb and fuel pump/filter. took off and cleaned fuel feed pipe. Cleaned air filter and new oil in it.
Replaced spark plugs and set ignition points. Runs smooth and strong.
Rebuilt all brake wheel cylinders and master. Cleaned and adjusted brake shoes. replaced front brake hose. Flushed brake fluid through all lines. Brakes and emergency brakes work nice.
Checked shocks and painted front and replaced rear.
New radiator and cap and all coolant and hoses. runs cool no leaks.
Changed oil and filter.
Rebuilt steering bell crank and greased all suspension and steering.
New 6 volt battery. Cleaned and serviced generator which charges nice. All gauges work. All lights work. Heater fan works.
5 15 inch steel jeep wheels from a 1965 wagoneer. Poor but drivable tires.
Bikini top is from a newer jeep but works.
I am a professional mechanic and have owned and serviced vintage jeeps since 1965, when I got my first Cj2a. I have been bombing around my property and the neighborhood for a week and fixing everything that comes up. Now it is road or trail ready. I have 2 other vintage jeeps already so I will sell this one. I have a truck and trailer and can deliver it for you at low cost as I am about 100 miles from Colorado Springs. The installed engine is a 4-cylinder flat head and there is a 2nd engine included that is an overhead cam engine (also 4 cylinder). The electrical system has been converted from 6 volt to 12 volt. The installed engine was running when it was last used. It has been stored in covered parking for quite a while.. This jeep is a real bargain for the right person!”

“My 1956 Willys CJ5 has a great history. It was a one owner, garaged Jeep for 57 years; meticulously maintained by professionals, and was basically a “City Jeep”. The Jeep has 102k miles. It is an older restoration in time but not miles: including all running gear, body, paint, suspension, seats, and is in great condition. It runs, starts, drives, stops, looks and handles great. The Jeep has new tires and rims ($750) with only 100 miles on them .

I have receipts for the extensive work done, going back to 1963. It has the rare Kayline softtop with doors and frame, in good condition. The dash is also uncut. The miles will increase slightly, as I drive the Jeep. Records, paperwork and spare parts come with the Jeep.

“Take a look at this completely rebuilt beautiful 1951 Willys M38 Army Jeep. Serial # MC21962

This jeep was rescued from a gentleman in Huntsville Alabama in 2014. It underwent a frame off rebuild. I’ve owned over thirty jeeps and have rebuilt/restored approx. 25 of them and have sold them successfully on e-Bay. This Jeep had been moderately used during it’s active life and was in need of rebuild. The frame and drive train were complete but needed some minor repair work. The engine is a correct MC engine that was just professionally rebuilt by Sigafoos Machine shop in Easton Pa. I had to replace the tub with a reproduction tub, but many of the other components are original Willys. The jeep has its military components de-commissioned – i.e. water fording gear removed, and 24 volt converted to 12 volts, has professionally rebuilt military Carter YF carburetor .

Everything has been gone through on this jeep and everything has been sand blasted, cleaned, repainted, or replaced with new, NOS, or repro parts. Continue reading →

“1970 Jeepster Commando for sale. Dauntless 225 V6 with an Turbo 400 Transmission. 4×4.
Just rebuilt the carb, brand new brakes, new battery, nice big mud rover tires.
Has the hard top which can sometimes sell for $1000 by itself.

The jeep runs well once you get it going but I’m don’t have the time or know how to finish it up right.

It starts up with a little help but I just can’t get it running quite right, also the wiring needs some work. Someone with a bit more know how should be able to make this a great car all around and will be a ton of fun to drive.
The interior is in great shape and paint is original as far as I can tell.
