Wrecker Crane can be removed as one piece. Have Tailgate. New Battery. Original 4 Cylinder Engine. “Up for auction is a very rare (1 of 1,119) 1964 Kaiser Jeep Forward Control 170 3/4 ton pickup truck. 1964 was the last year of production for the FC-170 and the end of the Kaiser/Jeep era. This could be your only chance to ever buy a fully restored FC-170, no kidding they are that rare.
This Jeep was fully restored by a professional shop in 2010, not some father son project in a back yard. The attention to detail speaks to this fact. Since restoration the Jeep has accumulated approximately 1000 proven miles.
The Jeep was restored to original with a few modern upgrades. The seats are a bucket type that are fully adjustable. Custom 33 gallon fuel tank with stainless steel filler neck. Custom made rear bumper with built in LED tail lights. LED side marker lights. Two storage lids were fabricated behind the seats to cover the battery and a storage area. Engine will run on unleaded fuel.
The teal green is the original color as is the white grill and white wheels. An additional pin stripe was added around the white accent.
The front winch bumper was most likely a dealer add on. It has a Ramsey 8000 lbs PTO driven winch with 50′ of cable.
Engine and transmission were fully rebuilt and hardened valve seats were added to the engine so unleaded fuel can be used. ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay

(08/05/2014) Make sure to put “Cab Over” in the subject line of the email to help seller weed out spam emails.
“Please read entire ad before responding.
1959 Willys Jeep “Forward Control”, FC-150, Deluxe Cab over engine, 4×4. All original and always stored indoors.
Runs, drives and stops well for 55 year old vehicle. New carb. kit, installed. New fuel tank and sending unit installed. All fluids changed. Good windshield. Door glass and rear glass are cracked but good for templates or drive as is. Flat glass can be replaced by most local glass shops. Cab corners in good shape. All interior parts are there, including dog house, rare glove box and has new seat covers installed.
These vehicles are rare to find in this condition, anywhere, in the Midwest.
It is NOT a rust bucket, NOT a parts truck.
All frame, tailgate and sheet metal in great shape. No rust or rot.
A classic vehicle not seen often these days.
I DON’T NEED to sell it and I, sure, DON’T need any help to do so.
I know what these are worth so save us both some time and don’t attempt a low ball offer, not going to happen. I’ll just keep it.
It’s a cool old truck! It needs to be driven and I don’t have the time.
Local pick up only, will not ship. Have your money in hand. I have title in hand and it is current on registration. Registered in Iowa as “Antique”, includes perfect, vintage Y.O.M. (1959) Iowa, “Iowa County” (48), plates to drive with legally.
Can e-mail pictures, etc.
Include “Cab Over” in subject or it will be deleted due to scammers.
Include e-mail and phone number in response.
Thanks for looking!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8000.
Has a V-8 with a bed mounted radiator.
“65 Jeep FC170, Super good condition, 360 engine, automatic transmission, PTO in rear, never stored outside, auxiliary radiator in bed behind cab, additional lower leaf springs. Some TLC needed no major repair. Less than 11K miles on the vehicle. (asking price $8000)”
UPDATE: Was on eBay **Status Unknown**
(02/26/2014) This former California FC appears to still have a California black plate on the front.
“YOU ARE LOOKING AT MY 1964 JEEP FC170. IF YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE AND STUMBLED ACROSS THIS AUCTION CHECK OUT THEFCCONNECTION.COM. I HAVE ONLY SEEN ONE OTHER OF THESE TRUCKS IN PERSON AND IT WAS A FC150, SHORTER BED AND SOME OTHER THINGS. ONCE I SAW IT I KNEW I HAD TO FIND ONE. THIS FC SPENT MOST OF ITS LIFE IN CALIFORNIA WHICH IS WHY IT IS SO PRESERVED. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A CAMPER WHICH IS WHY IT IS IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE. MILEAGE SHOWS 25K AND I BELIEVE IT TO BE FAIRLY ACCURATE BUT CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT. IT HAS BEEN SLIGHTLY CUSTOMIZED.
UPDATE: **SOLD** WAs $5000.
Looks good, but seller notes it could use a little more work to be really nice.
“1963 Willys Jeep FC 150 with parts. I have almost two sets of extra running gear. There is a hard to find windshield. The 1963 runs drives and stops but could use a restoration to be really nice.”
UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $9995.
Good looking FC.
“Jeep FC-150 Cab over pickup. redone from frame up ! see pictures. Or call tell you all that was done.”
Is that wood under the dump bed? I can’t quite tell.
