Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (04/12/2016) “This Jeep was owned by one family, garage kept. I was hoping to do a frame up restoration, but I have neither the time nor the space. Jeep was fully functional before the tub was removed. I am including extra parts a solid additional frame. No tub or body parts except for those shown in the pictures. This is a great project Jeep, use for spare parts, or part it out for sale.”

1948 47 willys jeep project. Good n rusty but complete. Lots of extra parts. Last registered in 1977 driven daily. I purchase the way you see it, never drove or started. Frame looks solid, parts include two differentials ( rebuilt) two engines ( told 1 rebuilt), transmission transfer case, new carburetor, gaskets and other lose parts. Looks like it was a restoration in progress. The parts alone are worth more. Sold with bill of sale only.”

1946 Willys jeep, Disassembled and cleaned. The frame is cut behind the rear spring mounts ready for repair but the rest of the frame is solid. Missing parts: The engine and bellhousing, front grill and steering wheel, I have the body but it has a lot of amateur repairs. Also have all the seats not pictured.”
