This jeep has a 30 front and 44 rear with posi and 4:10 gears.  This is a great price.  Where were these jeeps when I was looking a year and a half ago!  The fenders have been lengthened, which explains the odd hood.  I wonder if this is a later model frame.

NO rear seat. Front axle is a Dana 30 with drum brakes with a Dana 44 rear. The rear axle has a positrac unit installed (not welded or Lincoln locked), 4.10 gears front and rear. The brakes for being drums work surprisingly well. The engine is an international scout v8 345 with a holley 2 barrel carb mated to a 3 speed manual transmission and a dana 20 twin stick tcase.”

This is a beautiful CJ-3A.

“This vehicle was purchased new by a California doctor who kept it on his ranch most of it’s life. I bought it in 2003. I believe the +/-56,000 is probably accurate.The only thing that is off of original is the seat belts and roll bar which I added. It has been repainted but is original color. The seats have been rebuilt and the top was replaced. Recently(early this year) I installed all new brake drums, shoes and cylinders, also new (less than 50 miles) Michelin tires.”

It looks like there’s been a few mods on this CJ-3A, so some type of posi or locker seems possible.

I know the Ad says 2A, but the year suggests it’s a 3A.  Nice top, tilt wheel, and other upgrades.

This is an ebay buy-it-now sale.  At first I thought the model year was wrong, but then I realized the body has a solid back (no tailgate). So, I believe this is a DJ-3A that has been converted to 4wd, hence the reason it sports a dana 27 front housing.  The brand new fiberglass parts alone would cost at least $600.  The tires and rims look fine.  The body appears in good shape.  It doesn’t actually say it runs, but if it does, I think this is a good price.
