This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Mitsubishi J3 Diesel RHD Military Jeep.
License built by Mitsubishi. 4 Cylinder diesel from the factory. Built for the Japanese army (and others) from the 1950’s until the late 1990’s.
Restoration project. Has sat for a number of years. Complete and original. Rust in the usual Jeep places (footwell). Frame is straight and solid. Motor currently does not run but turns over with compression…. Being a diesel I am sure it would run if you hooked it up to a fuel tank, not had time to mess with it. Parts are available from a number of suppliers. Even has the original Japanese NDTs still on it……. Very cool and unique Jeep.”
The body has had some repairs, but looks like a good price for a late model CJ-3B.

Nice looking CJ-3B. The windshield is missing the channel, so either its been removed or that windshield is from a DJ-3A convertible. It’s also missing the parking brake assembly.
