This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This truck was converted to it’s present Resto-rod condition using a Chevy Blazer running gear mated to the original Willys frame. It is a great conversion that gets a great deal of attention.
This truck drives fantastic at Interstate speeds.
The renewed interior and carpet is very good with the exception of the racing style bucket seats. The seats were new three years ago, however, the Arizona sun has over baked the fabric. The cushions are in good shape, but the fabric is beyond fixing. New seat covers will be needed.
The paint is in very good condition and looks great up close. Not a 20 footer. It should do well at car shows.”

“Ok all you old vehicle buffs. I have a 1949 Jeep Willy 4WD pickup, all original, 3 on the tree, original 6 volt battery, vacuum wipers and around 50,000 original miles. Used as a trap wagon in Pendleton and I bought it about 30 years ago with the hopes of fixing it up. It runs but needs a new battery, has a flat tire, and inside needs work. Chrome on it still shines. Key is in Montana (somewhere in the garage! lol) so I’m needing to get one made here. I really don’t want to sell it as I love it but if I haven’t fixed it up in 30 years – I don’t think I ever will…….. Bidding as already started at $1500. Please email me if you wish to put in a bid. o 6 cylinder “Super Hurricane” 226 CI engine
o Body and bed are solid (In great shape for being nearly 60 years old!)
o All glass is intact
o Four wheel drive
o hi-low range (3 speed) transmission
• The truck has a rare style rear bumper with built-in Jerry-can holders
• Believed to have originally been a Cal-Trans truck
The truck has been sitting for several years and will need electrical work to get it running
Will need seat recovered or replaced
I have clean title in my name — The truck was registered in Nevada, with Antique Truck plates, but the registration has not currently been renewed
