“1948 Willys CJ-2A – Have clean Texas title in hand. Complete rebuild from ground up finished two years ago. All running gear rebuilt with new bearings, seals, bushings throughout. New clutch, brakes, new copper/nickel brakelines, new gas tank, gauges, seats. Vilas Motor Works in Bryan Texas completely rebuilt the L-134 engine, sleeved back to factory specs, and have all receipts for proof. Optima Red Top battery, Delco alternator, and have nice external charger to go with it/maintenance. BMJP mil repro copper cored radiator. New body tub, fenders. New leaf springs, shackles, shocks, u-bolts, bushings. Original rebuilt Warn Locking hubs, Firestone Military NDT 17” tires, split combat rims including spare. Electric wipers. “‘47 Willys CJ2A with a Kubota v2203 turbo diesel engine swap. I used an Overland diesel swap kit. http://overlanddiesel.com/ It has the stock 3 speed T-90 transmission and Dana 18 transfer case, front lock right locker with locking hubs and an open rear end. Front disc brakes. Everything works and it works well on the roads. You could drive it home but the gears limit top speed. I have a ton of spare parts that will go with it for the right price.”

One frame, three flat head engines, transmissions, three sets of axles, locking hubs, 2 NOS flat fenders, one tub, including original hood, grill, tail gate embossed Willys. The original tool box is partially there, including the front panel embossed with Jeep in script and the top including the lid. An arctic cab, engine crank, 6V window defroster, gasoline heater and various other parts. I have the Title. $2000 OBO.”

“I finished restoring this CJ2A about 6 or 7 years ago. The body was stripped down to bare metal and all rust was removed. The paint is in good shape but has a few spots that are noticeable up close. The frame has been covered in POR15.

All new fuel system
All new brake system
New radiator
Rebuilt transmission
New clutch
All new wiring harness
Warn locking hubs
BFG All Terrain KO 30×9.5 R15
New glass
Aftermarket turn signals added
Everything works and it runs and drives great. It does have the usual leaks (small) in the typical areas.”
