Something is funny about a jeep being used on a civilian farm in January 1944. Seams like the war effort would need these jeeps more than a farm in Wisconsin. Where is the snow in January Wisconsin?
Keeping the prototype jeeps around meant they still needed to be maintained and their parts kept supplied. Willys and Ford were kicking out massive quantities of the standardized jeep, so letting these others go made logistic sense I imagine.
