Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This Bobcat Fiberglass hood looks in good shape. If it were closer, I’d snag it.

3A: looks a little like a cut down 3B hood, as it looks like there is the 3B horizontal bubble at the base of the hood where it meets the fender.

This has a Bobcat fiberglass body with a very very rare (we only know of a handful) tear drop Bobcat hood.

(04/03/2013) Desert Dogs, a winch, an overdrive and high gearing. Looks like a good Northwest rig. It also has the bobcat fiberglass hood. The steps appear modified.

This has some unusual features. No shortage of dash switches. I can’t tell what’s painted on the hood. The hubs appear unusual.

(09/13/2013) Robin spotted this CJ-2A. I thought I’d seen another jeep with a similar box, but can’t locate it now.
“Nice old Jeep. Drive train solid, body needs work. Price is firm. Mostly original, only modifications are on the body. Can be seen only on weekends as I travel through out the week.”
This has lots of updates. The body is likely fiberglass.
