if this has a 4 cyl , how does it have power brakes and steering ? not a willys 4 ? pinto ? gm ? TOYOTA ??

Thanks Rich. I’ve deleted the Washington post. Looking at the mountain peering from behind the trees, this could actually be along the Wasatch front in Utah or the Eastern front in Colorado.
