I spoke with the seller (nice guy). Here is some more information:
*Owned from ~7 years; no paperwork
*Worked when originally purchased
*Formerly had a 283 V8; removed to sell to another buyer
*Rust on floorboards, but has replacement panels
*Dash all there, uncut other than aftermarket cassette player
*Stock drivetrain (t-90, etc.); no overdrive
*Brakes don’t work
My opinion: this is a great project truck for a low entry price. The tailgate and bumper are valuable enough on their own. The seller mentioned that he’s got other interested parties, but as he mentioned “first come, first served.”
Seems like a good deal. Hope it goes to a good home.
