About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

The earliest of the 1953 CJ-3B models were produced in 1952, so I would expect this should have a very early serial number.

It’s a project. Seller will go lower on the price.
“Runs and Drives! Original motor from what I can find online. Has PTO winch on the front which alone is worth $500. I have a new steering wheel for it. It fires up great with a few squirts of starter fluid and then purrs like a kitten, that doesn’t have an exhaust pipe. So like a big sick kitten. Brakes dont work, but who needs those anyway? It has a set of tire chains and the original little leather bag that was under the front seat. That alone is worth the money im sure! Body has minor signs of sitting in the forest for 40 years. So that being said, its a little rusty. ITS A PROJECT. That’s what I got it for and thus with many of us who buy these things with hopes of turning it into the beauty she once was, alas I must send her on to the next wisher. So if you think you’re up for the task, make an offer. I set the price high because i’m not interested in talking to people who aren’t serious.”

“I regretfully have to liquidate one of my all time favorite toys ive ever owned. My 1954 CJ3B high good willy’s Jeep. Very loud, very fast off the line very very fun. Has a v8 302 conversion under the hood with stock running gear and 2 stick transfer case. Sitting on 33″ 1250 super swampers they don’t have a whole lotta life left in them but it rolls down the road.”
