Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I believe this jeep is equipped with some vintage Runck bumpers (out of North Bend, Ohio). The horizontal posts on the bumpers is the clue. The roll bar might also be Runck.

“6 cylinder, 3-speed, 4-wheel drive. Runs and drives. Was used as a farm vehicle. Would be a good jeep to fix up. Pretty solid body. Frame is good. Real nice tires. Not looking to trade!”
This has been available for a few weeks. It looks to have an overdrive and some early Free-Lock hubs. I could grab this for someone if they want the overdrive and other parts. I just want the hubs, but I don’t want a parts jeep sitting around. No description provided.

“Operation Long Jeep is for sale. It is a 1958 CJ5 stretched with matching Jeep-themed trailer for moving people. The 4 cyl F head runs great. The 4WD works great and there are dual rear wheels. It includes a the framing to install a canvas top on the jeep, but no canvas top is included.”
