Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have this 58 willys jeep been working on for a few years I have rebuilt the drive line completely , had a new F head motor in the crate when I got it , new carb , all new bearings and seals ,gears in transmission and transfer case installed everything after rebuild new clutch too with throw out bearing ,too much to list, had new breaks put on by previous owner body has dents but nothing major and there was very little rust on body and frame is rust free , new warn hubs everything works as should and probably lots more done to this”
