About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

UPDATE: Two years ago Charles shared a photo showing an unusual loader attachment on a jeep (see the photo below the updated post). At the time, a reader named Chris commented that he had the same attachment. Over the subsequent couple of years Chris has worked to turn his attachment into a working unit. He has completed the rebuild in time to showcase it at this weekend’s Willys Picnic. Here’a s sneak peak. We are still looking for information on this loader!
(ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED DEC 19, 2014)The other day Charles shared some pics of unusual jeeps. One photo (seen below) showed a CJ-2A with a rare style of loader / bucket attachment. Chris spotted that photo and mentioned he owned one just like it, but didn’t know who made it or any history behind it. Does anyone recognize this?
“Selling a rear PTO gear box and drive shaft off of a 1959 cj3b. Gear box comes with a cluster of v groove pulleys but they can be removed from the splined pto shaft. Gear box spins free but would benefit from a rebuild. I have the shifter assembly but it is frozen up. $250 or possibly trade for other Willy’s parts.”
“Professionally rebuilt single lever front output Model 41 power take off for Willys Jeep wagon, panel or pickup with the Dana 18 transfer case. The original curved shift lever has been repaired and is very hard to see the repair. The chain is tight. Comes with allen bolts to mount it without disassembling the case. This may be too long for CJs as it may contact the frame. Pic 1, 2 and 3 ————————————– $350”
“1959 Jeep Hardtop and Doors, original
All steel is in good shape, no rust
Glass windows and gaskets are intact
Door windows roll up and down
Handles and locks work”
Rick shared these unusual hubcaps. Given the single “J” on them, I’d guess these were produced by Cutlas Manufacturing? At the bottom is an example of “J” branded hubcaps by Cutlas.
“Matching set of Willys duel rear wheel axles (posi trac) off of Factory rack body Willys F.C. 170. This is probably the last set of these that you will find. I also have many other Willys parts for wagons, pickups, jeepsters, J-Series, C.J’s, Etc. Etc”
