About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I have been collecting Willys Jeep parts for over 20 years. Everything in the yard needs to go. Everything I have is from 1946-1971. I don’t have any CJ7, YJ or TJ stuff. Come buy a little, save a little. Come buy alot, save alot. I have 3 overhead valve four cylinders and 2 flatheads(all need rebuilt). I have about 8 sets of front and rears. Lots and lots of small parts for most all Willys vehicles. The ONLY body parts I have are: 1 M38A1 grill, 1 pair of flat fenders for CJ2A or CJ3A, 2 early CJ5 hoods and 4 or 5 rusty CJ5 windshield frames. Contact me with your needs. Jeff 386-848-one zero nine nine.”
Looks like mostly newer stuff. A variety of pics on Craigslist.
“For questions on price call Willy 305) 600-6443. My friend Luis owner of Planet Off-Road is selling parts that have been laying around the shop. He asked me to list and sale for him. Everything is at discount!”
I see some value, but not $8800 worth based on the pics.

(02/02/2012) It sounds like there are all kinds of parts.
“Recently acquired a semi trailer full of used and NOS jeep parts from a closed down ‘chuck lewis motors’ jeep dealership/mechanics shop. I have been told this dealership closed down in the 90’s and all the parts were consolidated into two semi trailers…of which then was consolidated into this one trailer. I was in college at the time I started working on the partial/crude inventory list but I think it gives a good idea of what is in there. I would guess the inventory list (over 2000 parts) is a mere 50% of the actual entire inventory. At first I planned on selling each part…but as you can see with over 2000 parts already on the inventory list…this would be a full time job. I am looking to sell the entire inventory. This find is in fact a gold mine of NOS willy’s and older jeep parts (pre 80’s) there is also a large collection of used hard to find body parts, engines, axles, drivelines, drivetrain parts. I am available to discuss any and all details with those of you whom are interested in making an offer and whom would like to meet and see the parts. The trailer is located in Laramie, Wyoming at AAA Recycling and Salvage. Keep in mind, I am very aware of the high value of these parts and of the risk the buyer is taking….I would like to see these parts get to someone who will keep them in circulation instead of being crushed as scrap. Experts who have looked at the inventory have estimated over $80,000 in retail from these hard to find items. I am also open to a partial purchase of any combination of items. I do not have the time to sell these one by one, my loss is your gain, $18000 or best offer takes this inventory. More pictures available upon request.”
“I have a Spicer 23 full floating rear axle. My research suggests that this was the only full floating rear axle for a CJ from the factory. I think it was only made in 1945 and 1946. While they don’t have a great reputation for being strong, they are hard to find in working condition so if you are looking for original parts or a period restoration, this may be good for you!
I removed the rear cover and the gears and shafts all look in good condition. I removed and reinstalled the shafts while removing the backing plates and they look good as well. Comes with 9″ drum brakes from a 56 CJ5 (I kept my upgraded 11’s when swapping it out).
$125 obo or we can trade for something I need…”
Bruce has this for sale. It is located in Connecticut.

Spencer has this original top for sale. He bought it years ago, but never used it. We believe it is for a CJ-5. It’s in perfect condition. I tired to find more information out about it, but couldn’t find anything on Panorama Tops. You can contact him at spencertatum17@yahoo.com if interested.
