About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Steve spotted this unusual item. I am unfamiliar with the block heaters. Is this a general item for a variety of engines (jeep and non jeep) or specific to the F-134s?
“Have a restored 59 Jeep Willys tub Forsale no rust and in excellent condition. Also have a nice windshield frame with looks like new glass, rust free fenders, hood and grille. Located in Salt Lake City , Utah.”
“The body on this old jeep is rough. It has no motor. I took the top off the transmission and the gears appear to be all good. The front end and rear end are there and appear to be okay. We have no title, but would make a great rat rod . The front fenders and the grill are good”
Maury shared these hubs for sale. They are Allstate hubs and, likely, a very early set. My guess is the these were likely built by Husky/Dualmatic, but I am not familiar enough with hub innards to say for sure. I can’t quite find a brand-name hub with the cover that looks quite like this.
“These hubs are all complete and turn freely. The dial is heavy case aluminum. These only work with threaded axles ends. I tried putting them on the later snap ring style axle and the snap groove does not protrude out. Outer case was chrome originally. They seem like a really well built early twist lock hub. Asking $150 obo plus shipping. I also have a picture of how the innards went when I took them off the axle.”
“Jeep cj5 hardtop w doors. Came off of a 1963 willys jeep cj5
Should fit 1955-1970 something.
Has some rust on back corners. Drivers door has some rust on bottom. “
This custom top appears to be a shortened wagon roof possibly melded with a DJ-3A cowl windshield piece(?). Unfortunately, it does have some rust. But, someone did some good work on this.
