About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
1962 Willys Pickup Project Time to move on from a project that we just couldn’t get across the finish line. Stock drivetrain with L226 Super Hurricane inline 6 cylinder, T90 3-speed transmission and D18 transfer case. Engine turns over freely. Clutch engages and disengaged easily. Previous owner replaced the floors. Frame is very solid. Significant work over the last 3 years includes: New suspension including leaf springs, shocks, u-bolts and shackles. New brakes, including master cylinder, hard and soft brake lines, drums, shoes, cylinders and hardware. New Walck’s wiring harness, distributor, regulator, and solenoid. New Walck’s cab corners, door sills and lower cowl panels, and lower PS door panel. At this point the body just needs final sanding, sealer and paint. Will also include a quart of Willys Peacock Blue paint. Then it just needs the wiring installed and final interior fit-out. Asking $6,000 or best reasonable offer.

NOS 1940s Willys Jeep Hood – Jeepster Wagon Pickup Truck – $80 Stoughton, MA
Very straight looking early Flat Grill Hood.
Information from seller:
Up for sale is a factory hood from an old Willys Jeep.
I believe this is a 1947 1948 1949 type hood used on Willys VJ Jeepster models, and likely Wagon & Pickup .
This has been in storage for 60+ years from an old Jeep dealership.
It has surface rust all over, but no rot. I don’t believe this was ever actually mounted to a vehicle. This was in storage for a long time (not weather tight). This could be media or soda blasted and cleaned up.
It has holes in the middle for chrome trim (not included).
Pretty nice looking rig, has some neat features, 12V Alternator, PS, New Gauges. Looks solid.
I like the License Plate!
Information from seller:
1957 Willy’s Pickup Truck 4×4 Original Hurricane engine (runs strong) Power steering installed 2 years ago New brakes Manual 3 speed with overdrive Body in good shape with little rust All windows in new condition Mileage unknown Clean title Serious inquiries…No scammers!

I have a front right and left fender for a Willy’s Jeepster, wagon or pick-up years 1947-1950. Both fenders are in very good condition straight and rust free. Possibly original paint that is flaking off.
New Information from Seller: 1962 Willys solid truck
Original Post from 5/11/2025 >
Listed as a 1962, looks to be a later ’62 may have had the 230_OHC in it, so this would have the better cross over steering, and man they drive nice when sorted. Tornado has been removed, but overall the rig looks neat, PTO winch.
1962 Willys Truck No Reserve Auction Ends 8-21-2025 Owls Head, ME
UPDATE> SOLD $4,025
This is a neat truck, proceeds benefit the Owls Head Transportation Museum per the listing. It also is showing zero fee, but as always do your homework, but it looks like a neat Auction!!!
A few things stand out on this one to me the Cab is much earlier to me then 1962, it has the small back window, under seat tool boxes, but the circle holes across the top by the visor really set this apart to be an earlier Cab for sure.
It’s not uncommon to see this mix and match of parts. From the few pictures they adapted a large 0-9 in the dash, door hands and the sort look more 1962, has a one piece front windshield, and it has the later cable heater controls, so it’s a tried and true Willys Salad. I would love to add something like this to the collection someone is going to get a great Willys here.
Being sold with no reserve and a registration, this 1962 Willys Jeep 4×4 is a classic yard truck that runs and drives, with functioning 4×4. It is being sold as a project and is not ready for road use. This Jeep presents as a fairly solid example that, while currently used as a yard vehicle, could be a great candidate for restoration in the right hands.
The truck features a Warn Overdrive, Dana 60 rear end, and a heavy spring pack, ensuring it has the rugged durability expected from a Willys. The frame is solid, which bodes well for future restoration efforts.
Recently donated to the Owls Head Transportation Museum, all proceeds from this sale will directly support the museums continued growth, expansion, and educational programming. Heres your chance to own a piece of Jeep history while contributing to a great cause.

No price exactly listed for this one, could be some bits and pieces here. See some door handles, some trim, the drivers Fender from 30’ the front part looks solid; passenger side not so much, no interior shots. It is interesting that with that later Hockey Stick trim it does not have selectable hubs up front, they look like Full Time 4WD. Looks like a 226 in there so could be some good stuff on there. – Tim

Clean OPEN title meaning when we bought this over 25 years ago, the seller signed but didn’t date the title so there will be no penalties owed. 4 WD Military Willys truck with Military 4 cyl motor. Fender is included. Has been sitting for over 25 years. Frame would need to be boxed in on both sides behind the cab as you can see in the pics. Floorboards are shot. Amazingly the tires seem to be holding air. There is no bed included. I know nothing else about it. Only selling because my husband died. He was going to make a rat rod out of it and put it on an S-10 frame that we have.
