About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Very clean engine compartment and interior. Picture car!”
“I have a nice 1959 Jeep truck for sale. I have done some updates over the years. Updates include relined gas tank, brakes, hoses, belt, plugs, tires, tow bar, paint, etc. I had it painted back to original as best as I could.
It still needs a parking brake cable and a vent window is cracked. It has low mileage and was a barn find when I bought it. It was all original and had only surface rust. It is what attracted me to it. It has the strong six super hurricane engine and does not smoke. It runs strong and the clutch is good. I was told it is a rare 1 ton model. I have a clear Texas title. The only reason I would sell it is I have a CJ-2A also and do not need two Jeeps. I think it is better than a new Razor, mule or any other ATV since it is in another class for the money. I have a bus bench seat for additional riders in the bed. Please call for a showing or test drive.”
“Here is a classic that I hate to part with but its time to spend some quality time traveling. Since the restoration product this truck has had very little mileage ,Usually trailered to events or driven to local events / Parades less than 600 miles . WARNING this truck WILL TURN HEADS !!! . As you can see the truck has been gone thru from top to bottom The Super Hurricane 6cyl has been completly rebuilt full rebuild kit , New Everything on Engine , Front and Rear axles were serviced and all bearings and bushings replaced . Complete Brake system , Master cyl, Drums , Pads , Rubber brake lines and all hard lines replaced from master cyl , Shocks , New tires and rims , Deep cycle Battery ,Truck has been converted to 12 volt system, All Glass and seals were replaced , complete interior and headliner done in Dark brown and tan , Heater core and fan replaced ,Truck has all original metal body pannels and fenders. Stripped all original metal body pannels and painted Yellow , Pinstriping and lettering to highlight the vehicle , Rear lights are LED ,Truck bed was Linex lined , Operational winch with remote control , spare tire cover matching interior , Spare tire matches rims and tires on truck .
The only thing that I can think of that needs replacing is the wiper motor about $100 to replace never drove vehicle in rain so was not worried about it . Front differential cover leaks chrome covers good luck trying to get these to seal nothing major . Im sure I left out something if you have any questions please ask.”
Rob was waiting for family in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, while on vacation when he spotted this nice looking truck.
He writes, “I went out into the parking lot to see if I could find some old Jeeps and there it was in the parking lot , nice looking truck. Did not find the owner. Hope the pictures turned out. Rob.”
Bruce uncovered this unusual reference to Mexico’s Tourist Patrol Service. I believe this group is also referred to as the Angeles Verdes (Green Angels). According to a 2003 book, the Patrol Service still exists; However, I’ve been fortunate enough not to have had to need it. I tried to find some historical photographs showing jeeps, but didn’t have any luck.
The body looks good. I always like those slot rims, too.
