About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

This seller would like to sell everything as a package.
“I have the following for sale: Willys truck with Ford V8, C4 automatic transmission and power steering. Wipers, light and heater all work. Has sunroof. Original axles. 4 wheel drive works great. Finish doing the cosmetic restoration or have a very cool ranch rig. This is the blue truck in the pictures below and is sold with title.
Another Willys truck with all original motor that spins freely and complete driveline (original 3 speed transmission and hi-lo transfer case. Needs a new bed but the rest is restorable. This is the red truck in the pictures below and is sold with title.
The green Willys wagon has no motor, transmission or transfer case. It is a rolling chassis with a fairly straight body that could be brought back or used as a parts rig. I have no title for this wagon so is sold on bill of sale only.
The brown sheet metal shown in the pictures include two good front fenders, grill with radiatior and transmission cooler, hood, passenger side door, ano also have several extra carbs, generators etc than can go with everything else.”
“This is a 1956 Willys Jeep 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive Flatbed. The engine is the original 226 Hurricane 6 cyl. It runs well. The bed is a hydralic lift system which works very well as does the 4 wheel drive. The truck does need some electrical work (tail lights, turn signals) Considering the year of this truck, it is in near excellent condition! Please! Serious inquiries only. No emails”

Here is a strangely modified truck pointed out by James.
“This is a 1947 2wd willys truck that is a flatbed. The eng runs great and it drives good too. The truck has been customized to a rag top and behind the windshield to the back of the cab is all well made. This is something you must see to get a true picture. It has the 6cyl with the 3speed on the floor trans and all original axles, shafts and frame. I was told dodge made these for the military for a short time but don’t know a lot about it. The miles are low and there is no smoke or bad noises in the drive line. One windshield is cracked but the dash is in good condition and the steering is tight. There is functional exaust stacks on it as well. I have seats for it and a console but they are not in it as of yet. I just put a 54.00 electric fuel pump on it. It still needs the wood doors replaced but I have one for a pattern and the floors were just replaced and painted. The bed is in great shape. Feel free to ask any questions and I will answer them all.”
Glen pointed me to an intersting post at the OldWillysForum. The post is a link to a list of detailed specs for a 1957 Willys Utility Truck that John found on eBay. It’s pretty cool. Here is an example of one spec:
