“1950 Willys wagon, 2 wheel drive, mostly original, v8, automatic, great driver. Garage kept, no rust, excellent running condition. Have some fun.”
I agree with the seller. This could be a good deal for the right person.
“Selling my 1947 Willys Overland station wagon. All original with 4 cylinder motor and manual 3-speed transmission. The transmission is a factory overdrive. THIS VEHICLE IS COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL BUT DOES NOT RUN AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A PROJECT. Body is in fair condition. Needs new gas tank and fuel lines, master cylinder and all brake lines, brake shoes and wheel cylinders. Also needs new clutch and new suspension rubber parts. The engine does not run and the transmission and rear end are not tested. The engine rotates freely but has several broken stud bolts. Wagon is 2 wheel drive from the factory. All components are original from the factory. Title is clear for CA and non-op. Great opportunity for the right buyer.”

Did we conclude that Mavericks did not extend into 1961?
“2 Willys jeep wagons for parts. Red & white is a 1961 Mavrick 2wd. The front axle is not correct.
The otherone is a 4×4 with front and rear axles in place.
There are NO TITLES, bill of sale only.
$1400.00 for both jeeps. Will take a F head 134 engine as partial trade.
Must be crack free and able to be rebuilt.
Will consider a running F134, with the two jeeps as partial payment. Let’s talk.”

Completely restored body, paint and interior. Original engine and four wheel drive drivetrain. Aftermarket rims and tires. Beautiful car that runs and drives well. This car turns heads everywhere it goes.
Asking $15,000 which is considerably less than the significant amount of time and money spent to restore. The car is located in South Central Pennsylvania.”
