Dave, other than the full floater rear axle, what cues are you seeing that this is a WWII chassis, besides the seller listing this as 1943 despite having a CJ tub? I’d be looking at the rear shock towers/vertical shocks or bell crank (steering) attached directly to the axle, but I can’t discern either from the pics the seller posted.
That’s a good question. I based it on the rear end and the the year listed. I didn’t have anything else to go on and I very well could be wrong. It could be a later chassis with full floating rear hubs added.
