   This could be a reproduction body. No bow supports, no drain holes, dash is a mess- speedo has been moved as well as choke, throttle and light switch. Where’s the parking brake cane handle? Not present on the dash. This year would have the driver’s seat frame mounted to top edge of door opening. This might be getting a little crazy… but the stencil is wrong for this year. Needs proper wheels too. Those taillights are way too high

   What about a fiberglass body? It’s smooth like a glass body.

   It could be. I wasn’t sure if you could get a fiberglass tub with a tailgate cut out

   Yes, some, but not all, fiberglass tubs were made strong enough to support a tailgate.

   Of course, now that I re-examine the rear of the body, I can see a seam on the back near the corner. That would suggest is is metal.
