I’ve seen this before and was not convinced it’s strictly for a jeep. I don’t know for sure, but it does not look that way to me.
I agree with Bob, this looks more like for a small Ford tractor or such with a 3 point hydraulic hitch, not that it couldn’t possibly be used on a jeep.
