Why is the windshield washer bottle hanging on the grill ? or the taillights hanging below the rear bumper?

Both good questions …
The rear lights might be magnetic lights for when it’s being towed. The bottle on the grill is just weird. Maybe it when it starts to run hot it sprays a mist in front of the radiator??? Lol! Who knows?
