I see these for sale in the states now and then, often wonder how they wind up in the USA, and this one is in NJ. Even more unique, all I’ve seen are right hand drive, this one is left hand. Not much information on this one, If I remember correctly, the Rurals came equipped with a Ford 6cylinder.
Kearney is a short drive across the Passaic River from Newark, If I were still in Clifton, I’d go check it out. Worth the price.
This one has been floating around the area for a little while now.

I think its sold at least one time last few years.
There was a new member on OWF the other day from Argentia and he has a Willys Wagon and was saying how rare the true Willys Wagons are. He has a GSA wagon its pretty neat has full floating axles and looks like a neat Wagon. Kinda the reverse of this Rural.
