1973 Jeep CJ-6 $10,500 Wilkesboro, NC
I really like this one, little bit newer, but I prefer the more stock stuff at times has a good vintage look to it. Listed 18 weeks ago, but still posted.

Original NC 1973 CJ6 78k original miles From Murphy NC originally 2 owner (1 family) Have paperwork from 73 for service etc Soft top, doors, seats and overall jeep in excellent shape. True running barn find. Not really in a rush to get rid of it but not really a “stock/ antique vehicle” guy so don’t appreciate the All Original beauty of it as someone else could.

I liked this one also, it’s clean looking, newer for sure. I was surprised to see how long of run the CJ-6 actually had, somehow I thought the CJ-6 was quick to exit. Not the case. Obviously a lot of updates from ’55 to this ’73, but this is sweet looking. I thought about tossing a quick guide on years together, just for myself.
Yes, CJ-6s were around for a long time. I have a hunch most went to fleets or export, probably not too many at your friendly neighborhood Willys dealer.
I saw some in Egypt when I was in the Air Force. Saw a lot of locally produced “mix and match” vehicles with features not seen here. I was just getting into Jeeps, so I didn’t know exactly what I was seeing, but I knew they weren’t the standard CJs you’d see at home.
