Looks like a couple frames or frame parts in the pictures and one can “assume” there’d be a hydraulic pump and tank given the snow-plow mounting. $500 sounds pretty good if it’s for ALL that stuff.
Indeed, it does seem to be CT. I didn’t know there was a Portland in CT.
