If we want to sell quickly we should put a quickly kind of price tag on it!

My thought is, anytime somebody has to sell something “fast”, the potential buyer generally would have the upper-hand at the negotiating table. (see also, Money talks.)
Looks ok, but more pictures might help determine on how much one would be willing to offer the seller. Otherwise, stand by for a quickly reduced price.
