This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. A new aluminum radiator with electric fan, onboard air system, ruff stuff 1 ton steering, full roll cage, 28 gallon fuel cell, 4 wheel disc brakes (manual), power steering, 8000 pound warn winch, remote trans cooler with electric fan, and 33 x 12.50 tires”

“Purchased this Willys CJ-2A in 1978 and have plowed driveway snow with this incredibly reliable vehicle, with a 1977 Meyer 4-way plow, for 43 years. Some body damage left rear, some leaks- rear differential, transfer case, and transmission. Circulating water heater, new Firestone original style jeep tires, canvas/plastic doors, rebuilt starter, 1 yr old battery, newer chains for two tires, converted to 12V to accommodate Meyer plow”

“1946 CJ2A * CJ3A windshield frame * The engine was supposedly rebuilt about 6 years ago with no receipts * It has not been driven as the previous owner had medical issues since the engine “rebuild” * The Willys runs and drives and stops * It has been in a garage sine the 90’s when it was bought by the previous owner * It does pop out of 2nd gear *
Transfer case shifts into 4WD low and high and drives without problem * Has been converted to 12V when the engine was “rebuilt” * Ammeter, oil pressure and water temperature are gauges that work * Emergency brake handle is included but is not connected * Tool box lid is included but hinge is not attached * Windshield wiper struggles, but does work * Head lights, parking lights, brake lights and turn signals all work * Funky tow bar is included * Spare tire (old and worn out) with wheel included * Fair amount of rust underneath and I will send more pictures if interested * Sold as is with no return * CASH ONLY * I do NOT need help selling this * This will be listed locally also and will be removed from this listing if sold * Clear title in hand”

“Early civilian Willys Jeep in rough shape. Parts, project, wall art, yard art, Rat, the choice is yours. Has rust holes but it’s not a salty rot box. Floors have been patched all around. What you see is what I have. No title. Might be able to help with that for expenses,but you would need to help me confirm year and model and serial location correctly so I don’t have it wrong. Not sure of the exact model or year built. I know it’s the internet but please don’t roast me. I’m a Ford/Mopar/GM guy LOL. Seems worth a look. Note that it looks like part of a CJ-5 has been melded onto the driver’s side and rear of the jeep. The original body may have been an MB or GPW.
