This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Bought this Jeep for a fun project to restore but now have medical bills and need to let it go. Engine is a newer Buick (I think 1986) has about 50K miles, rebuilt carburetor. Needs work to be road ready. See pics and call to make appointment to check it out.”

Jeep runs. Trencher works. Great price!
“Willy’s jeep with mounted trencher. Trencher was manufactured in Auborn Nebraska. Jeep is around a 1960 model with a 4 cylinder gas engine. Both jeep and trencher are in working order.”

“1958 cj5 from when they weren’t built out of plastic. New top, suspension, paint, Baja seats, tires, exhaust, stereo, and more. Runs like new with its u breakable military I-4 hurricane flathead and three speed tran. Used as a daily driver. Real head turner to the newer jeepers. Goes where they can’t . Spent $5900 to get her looking this nice. ”

This disassembled CJ-5 has a Tuxedo Park vin plate, but a L-134 motor.

(12/05/2014) The bumpers and column shift appear to be present.
“Extremely rare 1964 Tuxedo Park Mark 4, CJ5a. This was a seperate CJ model and not just a trim package introduced in 1964 to be a transition vehicle aimed at capturing the civilian market. Complete and in very good condition. New tires, rims were sand blasted and powder coated and seats were professionally reupholstered. 37,000 original miles Only 7000 were every made by Willys. Very few original, intact Tuxedo Parks remain. Hurricane engine runs great. No rust through on the tub. Must be seen to appreciate. $9500 or best offer.”
